In today’s fast-paced, sedentary & stressful lifestyle, we are gradually forgetting about our own health which is why nutritional deficiencies, illnesses & diseases are on the rise and is causing all of us to become increasingly out of shape.

As part of Health and Wellness Coaching, we are here to provide you with advice and tips on how to improve and maintain your health & well-being.

How we help

Based on your height & weight, we will give you a 5 meal nutrition plan to help achieve your goal, which will be inclusive of 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks between the meals. Your breakfast will be our highly nutritious but low calorie meal replacement shake, which may also be your dinner. Your normal tea/coffee will be replaced with our herbal tea, which has almost 0 calories and is full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and low in caffeine. Apart from that, we will tell you what to eat the rest of the day which will be your own easy to prepare home food, it’s timing and all else. If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication for anything, we may provide you with the relevant supplements to help you overcome it, but we do not guarantee cure of conditions and medicine-free life.

In addition, advise on exercise may be provided too.

It is also possible that we may link you up with our virtual community of clients and coaches where you will be able to see other people’s before and after results, changed eating habits and all else to help keep your motivation up, which is what many of us are lacking and is key to drive us towards a healthier and happier versions of ourselves.

Free Initial Health Evaluation & Follow-ups

Following your free initial health evaluation, where we introduce ourselves to each other to get to know you and talk through your current position and goal, we will follow-up every 7-10 days to ensure you are heading towards the right direction throughout your journey, help if you have started to plateau etc.
